The Milford Hunters are a part of the Bridgeport Senior City League, a Connecticut league that has been around for over 100 years, making them one of the oldest adult baseball leagues in the entire country.

We asked this adult semi pro baseball team how they give back to their community and here’s how they responded.
As you can see, it’s a long laundry list of good deeds.

  1. Sponsored Nate the Great’s 5K (SUDC Program)

  2. Sponsored John Liqouri 5k (MADD)
    Celebrates the life of North Haven, CT resident, John Liquori who was tragically hit by a drunk driver while out running. Proceeds from the event benefit the John Liquori Memorial Fund, which awards financial grants every year. Click here to get involved.
  3. Volunteered at the Milford Oyster Fest
  4. Sponsored a Milford Little League Team
  5. Hosted a Clinic & All Star Game for Little League
  6. Donated Uniforms to the Bridgeport American Legion Program
  7. Began a Scholarship Program at Foran High School
