These guys are great to work with. I want to give a special shout out to Terri for being so patient with me as we found the perfect jersey. Terri always responded quickly to any questions and reassured me of shipping dates and always kept me in the loop as they were being processed and made. We had a shipping date set that was missed and they were quick to inform me that they would be sending it out ASAP and they were more than willing to make up for the loss time to make sure it arrived on time. They were also nice enough to offer us a pair of replacement pants when they found out are original pants wouldn’t be shipped in time for our first game. As far as the jerseys go they were EXACTLY what we wanted and looked exactly like the custom design I made. We are very pleased with Terri and her team and thank them so much for working with us. If anyone is hesitant about using this company after reading so many mixed reviews JUST DO IT!!! We DEFINITELY will be working with them again in the future. Thanks!!!!!
