Order Tracking

To find out the status of an order currently in progress, just enter the invoice (or order) number here along with your email address and we’ll let you know the status.

The order tracking information that you receive will depend on the type of order you’ve placed with us. Specifically:

Equipment Orders

If you’ve used our online shopping cart and purchased your order online, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email when you’ve submitted your order to us. You will receive a UPS/Fed EX/USPS tracking number via email on the day your order has shipped. You will also receive a link to the Google shopping cart via email when you’ve placed your order. Click that link and login to your Google Account to get your order status information as well.

Blank Uniforms and Apparel

We will email you with your order form for review and invoice within 24 business hours of placing your order. The order form will indicate the scheduled ship date of your order. Once your order ships, we will email you with a UPS/USPS tracking number so that you are able to track your shipment.

Decorated Uniforms and Apparel

We will email you with your order form for review and invoice within 24 business hours of placing your order. The order form will indicate the scheduled ship date of your order. Within 3-5 business days of placing your order, we will email you with an art mock up of what your uniform will look like prior to decorating. Once your order ships, we will email you with a UPS/USPS tracking number so that you are able to track your shipment.
